Freshness, simplicity and refinement

For the past 40 years, our Chef Jacques Pelland, a graduate from the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec, offers original and delectable dishes that reflect the current culinary trends. He excels in French cuisine and fusion cuisine which is regularly composed of fish and fresh herbs.

Assisted by sous-chef Michel Gatineau, Jacques' fine cuisine is unanimously a gastronomic experience.
